Greg Waite President and CEO, Founder and Principal Greg Waite has 27 years experience in information technology and 21 years experience in intellectual and knowledge asset management with Future Path™. He has a unique and diverse skill set reflecting his consultancy, framework design and product development expertise. Greg has provided 100’s of business, government and institutional clients with advisory services. He is also the company founder and visionary that led to the creation of Future Path™ Nucleus™, Catalyst™ and Revalyst™. He has been actively involved in the definition, design and development of these commercially successful software products as well as other software solutions. He lead the acquisition of FuseTalk™, a leader in corporate community software and has extended the platform’s design to bring the power of community to IP/IAM, innovation and expertise. He is a member of a select community of individuals in the world stage who have a comprehensive understanding of life cycle innovation management and in particular intellectual asset management. He has been involved in many speaking and presentation engagements and has amassed a reputation for his pioneering in this space. |

Mike LeClair Chairman of the Board and Principal Michael is an entrepreneur with ownership positions in a variety of technology and non-technology companies. He has been particularly active in enterprise facilities management and created one of Canada’s largest outsourced service offerings in the industry. He has tremendous leadership skills and participates on a number of company boards. His generosity is not lost on the many philanthropic foundations that have come to rely on his energy, expertise and sense of social responsibility.

David Keys Chairman of the Advisory Board David has a wealth of experience in high-tech corporations and brings that expertise to Future Path’s Advisory Board. David has been on the senior management teams of a number of major software players. From 1993 to 1999, he held the position of Vice President, Corporate Development and Corporate Secretary of Fulcrum Technologies Inc., a leader in knowledge management. During this time, David was responsible for Human Resources and acquisitions and led all key negotiations including Fulcrum's IPO, its joint venture with Fujitsu Inc. and its sale to PC DOCS Group International Inc. in 1999. Prior to that, David spent almost four years at Cognos Inc., a well-known leader in business intelligence software tools, as Corporate Counsel. More recently, David was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for World Heart Corporation, a biotechnology company listed on both NASDAQ and the TSE. Since 1999, David has used his experience to consult with and mentor software companies that are ready to move to the next stage of growth. |

Peter M. Cleveland Strategy and Planning, Advisory Board
Peter Cleveland is a former Managing Partner of Ernst & Young in Ottawa. He has over 30 years' experience with the firm in several aspects of the firm's accounting, insolvency and consulting practices. Peter has extensive experience assisting high technology companies with business plans, strategic planning and management issues. Working with senior management, Peter assists clients to establish a strong direction for the future and a specific implementation plan to achieve the goals identified. He has developed a financial reorganization practice to include complete diagnostic reviews of management, marketing, manufacturing operations, personnel and finance for clients. In addition to Peter's experience at Ernst & Young, he has been active on many committees and in many associations, including United Way/Centraide of Ottawa-Carleton. He is the author of four books and numerous articles. |

With a Bachelor of Commerce degree and CA certification, Gene has served in advisory roles, as a Director or as a CFO with a number of high-technology companies. An expert in corporate finance and taxation, Gene has developed a solid reputation for helping technology companies build solid financial strategies based on traditional business fundamentals. Gene provides CFO services to a number of technology companies and is active on a number of company boards. |

Vic Klassen Business Development/Corporate Communications, Advisory Board
Victor brings decades of experience as an executive and entrepreneur working with major international organizations, and start-ups. As president/owner of Skipping Stone Communications Inc. he provides Marketing/Sales Communications and Stakeholder Relationship Management services to clients in the public and private sectors.
He has held senior positions with prominent international firms, and on contract has held executive positions with start-ups and established businesses in a broad range of industries. Victor is on the advisory boards of ICIT America Inc., Windermere Technologies Inc., as well as Future Path. |

Kevin Mansfield Sales Strategy/Business Development, Advisory Board Kevin is the former Vice President of Business Development at Ionalytics, a biotech company based in Ottawa. His career spans 25 years in advanced technology in Canada, the United States, Europe and South America. During that time, he has held operational roles in sales, sales management, product management, marketing management and business development. Kevin founded the Canadian operation of a major analytical equipment supplier, and ran operations both in Canada and the Eastern United States. Kevin then spent three years working for an investment-banking firm where he raised capital for small advanced technology companies, in addition to playing a key role in several merger and acquisition transactions. As Vice President, Sales and Marketing for an optical telecommunications start-up, Kevin established and grew a customer base and managed a successful divestiture of the company to JDS Uniphase in 2000. At JDS, Kevin was the Director of Business Development with overall responsibility for strategic planning. In this position he had direct responsibility for product management, applications engineering, project management and marketing communications. |
